ABS has numerous procedures which are utilized on all projects and has an extensive QA/QC program that encompasses the fabrication. Our internal procedures include developing specific QC manuals that are available to all sites and employees involved in the Quality Control Program. Our manuals include an extensive description of policy and authority, organization, duties and responsibilities, code stamp control, document control, testing requirements, calibration, and inspection. We use dedicated API and ASME code quality processes and followed by welding procedures specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR).

In project constructions, ABS put special attentions to the management and supervision side during the execution of the construction to ensure timely completion of the constructions in effective and efficient can be achieved. ABS (2005) provides contract land drilling services to independent, oil and gas exploration and production companies.

ABS (2006) established the Work over rig contract, services for reputable Oil Company around South East Asia and Indonesia, i.e: PetroChina International Bermuda; PetroChina International. Jabung. Ltd and Citic Seram Energy. Ltd.

ABS (2008) continue to expand the drilling Rig capability, to service Exploration Project
in Seram Island for Citic Seram Energy.Ltd. Two (2) wells was proof completion in safe and smooth operation.

ABS (2009) in addition to the company’s exploration project, ABS invested to purchase 750 HP Drilling rig, were anticipate the Drilling Campaign in Indonesia and South East Asia. The Rig has complete to erected in ABS yard Cikande-Jakarta and ready to go for work.

ABS (2010) Operate: Two (2) unit 550 HP Workover Rig and One (1) unit 750 HP Drilling Rig, Under construction: One (1) 1500 HP DC electric Drilling Rig build by Eclipse International Facilities in Austin –Texas USA.
